National Association of County & City Health Officials (NACCHO)
Reports from the National Association of County and City Health Officials (NACCHO) titled "Understanding Diverse Communities and Supporting Equitable and Informed COVID-19 Vaccination Decision-Making" provide results from a project focusing on how public health and other stakeholders can best understand and support decision-making as individuals consider if, and under what conditions, COVID-19 vaccination is right for them. To foster equitable vaccine uptake, there is a particular emphasis on obtaining the perspectives of communities of color to ensure public and Tribal health and immunization programs meet their needs. The project is designed in three waves occurring between December 2020 and July 2021. Wave 1 report includes preliminary findings for work completed between November 1 to December 21, 2020. Wave 2 includes findings from January 26-February 13, 2021. Wave 3 includes findings from May 1-22, 2021.
